It's like 1989 again.

I was obsessed with Batman. I loved Michael Keaton as The Dark Knight. I thought his lips were so sexy and his Bruce Wayne was so unassuming and silently philanthropic. Of course, George Clooney and Val Kilmer just didn't quite stand up to Keaton's understated portrayal (and everyone seems to agree being that I can't find any images of either of them as Batman on IMDB. But I did find this gem: what?). But when the latest Batman came out, I might have to agree that Christian Bale trumped them all. "Batman Begins," though I've only seen it once (compared to the tens of times I've seen the 1989 film, plus the 9 posters I had, 2 pairs of earrings, 3 shirts, both score & soundtrack, fan magazines, the "novel," some mylar balloons, and a lil' Batman doll) is arguably the best so far. And, in case you weren't aware due to all the news of his untimely death, Heath Ledger will be starring as the Joker in the next installment of Batman, again with Bale at the helm.

Check out the creepy poster and the trailer. I. Can't. Wait.

And what is up with the new BatCycle? I want one!
